Pennie Mathers
Pennie has always been in the business of helping people. Whether a client is buying or selling, every one of her clients benefits from her passion, unique creative perspective and strong business acumen -- often exceeding their expectations.
After graduating from Ryerson with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Pennie spent several years in the retail business before changing to another venue of selling -- this time in the banking industry -- first as Branch Manager with BMO and then National Bank. During her time in banking, Pennie was responsible for operations, sales, marketing, customer relations, and administration. She was also responsible for lending products which gives her an edge when it comes to navigating the complexities of home financing and negotiating offers on behalf of her clients.
Pennie's professional skills, work ethic and personal commitment to going above and beyond, make her a different breed of Realtor. Her background in fashion design adds a creative flare to the marketing of each of her clients’ homes, plus a keen eye for simple solutions that attract the ideal buyer. She is only satisfied once she knows her clients are.
Pennie’s a Torontonian who grew up in Lawrence Park. She started her family in Leaside and is now a long-time resident of Moore Park. She really gets what's special about downtown neighbourhoods and wants to share her expertise to help you with your home.

Helen Braithwaite
Helen’s career started in the financial sector working for Scotia McLeod in the retail sales department. She moved to equity marketing where she worked marketing researching derivative securities including convertible debentures, instalment receipts and preferred shares. Her experiences there built a skill set ideal for real estate: in-depth research and analysis; distinctive marketing strategies; exceptional attention to detail; a dedication to building client equity; and managing client relationships.
Helen holds a degree in Geography/Urban Planning so she has a keen understanding of the evolution of big cities and their neighbourhoods. Helen also attained several Canadian Security Industry courses in addition to her many real estate courses. Her educational background and professional experience made real estate a natural extension for her. She can spot trends in her territories well before her competitors.
Helen has an infectious enthusiasm about real estate making it easy for her clients to buy or sell their homes. She takes a personal interest in her clients by providing valuable staging advice, helping clients pack and going above and beyond to help them through the stress of moving. She believes in investing whatever time it takes to exceed her clients’ expectations.
