Rosedale is one of Toronto’s not-so-hidden treasures. Strides away from downtown, Rosedale still has the magic of an historical neighbourhood.

Rosedale—now a Heritage designated neighbourhood—has an eclectic blend of striking Edwardian, Georgians, and Victorians intermingled with sophisticated apartment buildings and newer homes. Meandering through the community you’ll find a natural flow to the streets, not the stark grid-like pattern of other neighbourhoods. Lush with hundred year old oak and maple trees, Rosedale’s cosy geography is a welcome sanctuary within the city.

My husband grew up in Rosedale. He has fond memories of shinny at the Rosedale rink, jaunts to the Mayfair Club, bounding up to the Tuck Shop (now Scoops) for ice cream, and much more. He wanted to raise our children in the same idyllic atmosphere, so Rosedale it was for us. The beauty of it is that somehow time actually stands still in Rosedale. The neighbourhood traditions and values remain and are passed on generation after generation.

"...excellent advice and service in a very professional, yet friendly and supportive manner. We were very pleased."
